Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to MyWorld Clothing. Every product available on myworldclothing.in is made-to-order and printed specifically for you after your order is placed. As all products are custom-made, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order or before the order enters production, whichever is earlier.

  • Once an order has entered production, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

Cancellation Request TAT: Within 24 business hours.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • You received a damaged product.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The print quality is defective.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

To request a refund, please provide:

  • Order Number

  • Full Name

  • Registered Email Address

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the package (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the issue


3. Refund Request Review

After receiving your request:

  • Initial acknowledgement: Within 24 business hours

  • Verification of the claim: 1–2 business days

  • Final approval or rejection: Within 3 business days

Additional information may be requested if required to verify the claim.


4. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refund initiation: Within 2 business days after approval.

  • Refund to the original payment method:

    • UPI: 2–5 business days

    • Debit/Credit Card: 5–7 business days

    • Net Banking: 5–7 business days

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment service provider.


5. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.

  • Change of mind after placing the order.

  • Colour or design preference.

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

  • Minor colour variations due to screen settings.

  • Orders where delivery was attempted but not accepted by the customer.


6. No Exchange or Replacement

MyWorld Clothing does not offer product exchanges or replacements.

If your order qualifies under our Refund Eligibility section, we will review your claim and, if approved, issue a refund instead of an exchange or replacement.
